DIY dremel abrasive buffs

If you love to use your dremel abrasive buffs because they clean wonderfully rust and paint but they wear out quickly and you dont want your job to be expensive by buying several of these, then you can make your own abrasive buff, This idea came originally by the youtuber "Digital Friend" so i thought this idea could be even better so here it is what i did, after trying several abrasive pads the best ones are made by 3M - scotch brite, if im not mistaken they are in charge of making the same abrasive dics for angle grinders, well, the scotch brite heavy duty pads are really great and work just the same like the original dremel buff and the best thing is you can get it almost everywhere for a cheap price, if you are really into it then you can get different kind of abrasive pads, search through 3M and its line of abrasive pads for industrial use, they have many.  Well after you get your 3m or scotch brite heavy duty abrasive pad, go to a hardware store and get a pair of tiny washers for the little bolt of the mandrel 402 from dremel, then get the largest coin you can get and place it on top of the abrasive pad and cut around it, now simply put the top washer on and the little bolt and push it through the pad, now place the bottom washer and now install everything by making sure the washers are centered, finally there you go, this is how it looks like, the one on the left is the original dremel abrasive buff and the one on the right is the one i made, enjoy!
